FibroCeram Materials
Explore our top-tier vacuum-formed silicate panels designed to withstand severe kiln conditions, heavy machinery vibrations, and intensive furnace operations.
Eritrea, located dynamically in the Horn of Africa, is executing a phased expansion of its mining, mineral processing, and light manufacturing sectors. Key projects centered around the Bisha Mine (rich in gold, copper, and zinc), the Zara Mining Project, and infrastructural developments near Massawa and Asmara demand highly robust thermal architectures. As local enterprises seek to replace obsolete, energy-inefficient legacy insulation systems, the need for high-density, low thermal conductivity, and structural rigidity becomes paramount.
Our ceramic fiber boards are engineered precisely to combat the harsh ambient environments of East Africa, where high humidity along the Red Sea coast meets dry, arid conditions inland. This climatic variation requires insulation materials with low thermal expansion coefficients and high resistance to physical degradation. By utilizing vacuum-formed alumina-silicate compositions, we deliver dimensional stability that ensures minimal thermal leakage at joints, thereby reducing fuel consumption in high-temperature kilns, boilers, and smelting vessels.
Within Eritrea's metallurgical and cement manufacturing sectors (such as the operations in Ginda), thermal equipment operates under extreme thermal gradients. High-temperature insulation materials must resist not only the extreme hot face temperatures (ranging from 1050°C up to 1600°C) but also chemical attacks from gases, particulate fly ash, and trace minerals. Our Zirconium-stabilized (1430°C) boards offer advanced crystallization resistance, maintaining elasticity and structural cohesion long after standard mineral wool components fail.
By transitioning to high-purity synthetic mullite and alumina-silicate formulations, Eritrean engineers can successfully mitigate structural deformation in rotary kilns, blast furnaces, and secondary refining vessels, securing uninterrupted processing and maximizing the lifetime of metal shell components.
Deploying top-tier raw materials, computer-controlled forming processes, and strategic logistics direct to Eritrean sea gateways.
Our state-of-the-art Chinese manufacturing facilities employ fully automated continuous drying and shaping systems. This guarantees strict thickness control (±1mm tolerances) and homogeneous density distribution across each board, minimizing weak structural points.
Utilizing high-purity calcined bauxite and synthetic silica sand, our boards contain extremely low trace iron oxide (Fe₂O₃ < 0.2%) and alkali impurities. This low iron content prevents catalytic reduction reactions inside reducing kiln atmospheres.
We manage complex logistics from our factories in China directly to the Port of Massawa or Port of Assab in Eritrea. With rigorous shockproof and waterproof ocean packaging, boards arrive completely intact and dry, ready for immediate installation.
Our engineering division develops custom-cut profiles, high-density baffles, and complete furnace insulation lining calculations based on your thermal blueprints.

Our ceramic fiber boards are manufactured through a wet vacuum forming process utilizing high-purity inorganic binders and organic starches. During the initial heat-up cycle, these organic binders burn out cleanly, leaving behind a highly porous, low thermal conductivity, and chemically inert refractory block. Our board formulations are designed to have high compressive strength (typically >0.5 MPa at 10% deformation), allowing them to support the mechanical loads of heavy heating elements and high-velocity gas flows without erosion.
