❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Is 25mm thickness suitable for furnace lining?
Yes - It is commonly used as a high-temperature hot-face or back-up insulation layer for optimal thermal management.
Q2: Which density should I choose: 96 or 128 kg/m³?
96 kg/m³ is economical and lightweight; 128 kg/m³ offers higher tensile strength and improved thermal insulation performance.
Q3: Can you produce 50mm or other custom thicknesses?
Yes - Thickness, density, and roll length can all be customized according to your specific project requirements.
Q4: What is the maximum classification temperature?
We offer different grades ranging up to 1430°C for standard fiber and 1600°C for polycrystalline fiber.
Q5: Do you provide related refractory products?
Yes - A complete ceramic fiber system is available, including modules, boards, paper, and textiles.
Q6: Is this material chemical resistant?
Yes, ceramic fiber blankets offer excellent resistance to most chemicals, except hydrofluoric, phosphoric acids, and strong alkalis.
