Zirconium Folded Block Ceramic Fibre Module with M-type anchor

The ceramic fibre module adopts high quality ceramic fibre blanket, which is made into a compression module after folding, compression, and packing. Modules can be configured with various combinations of anchors and furnace bodies. The installation method is simple, significantly increasing the speed of furnace lining construction. After installation, the bands are cut, allowing the modules to expand and form an integrated insulating lining. The anchor system is positioned away from the module's hot face, maintaining metal components at a relatively low temperature.
