The vermiculite coated alumina reinforced ceramic fiber furnace fabric is designed for extreme high-temperature insulation, fire protection, and heat shielding in industrial furnace and thermal processing applications.
This woven ceramic fiber cloth is reinforced with stainless steel wire and fiberglass insert yarns, providing enhanced mechanical strength and dimensional stability. The vermiculite coating improves abrasion resistance, while the aluminum foil laminated surface reflects radiant heat.
