FibroCeram Materials
Ceramic fiber & Bio-Soluble fiber textiles include rope, tape, yarn, and cloth. These textiles are woven or braided from yarn consisting of fiber with approximately 20% organic fiber. Reinforced materials are inserted into the yarn and rope to increase tensile strength. Stainless steel inserts are available for maximum strength at high temperatures, while glass filament inserts are used where electrical resistance is required. These textiles are ideal insulation materials for thermal gaskets and wrapping.
