Ceramic Fiber Felt is produced through a wet forming process of ceramic fiber and binders. These vacuum-formed products feature high-temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, consistent density, and excellent resistance against thermal shock and chemical attack. It also resists oxidation and reduction, making it ideal for furnace, boiler duct, and stack linings.
The accuracy of Ceramic Fiber specification and size is mainly controlled by high-quality refractory raw materials and sophisticated processing equipment. With a stable raw material composition and a reasonable production process system, we ensure products meet strict qualified shapes and sizes.
With more than 30 years of experience and technology, the production base has an annual capacity of more than 100,000 metric tons. Facilities include friction pressing, hydraulic pressing, isostatic pressing, and high-temperature tunnel kilns.
