🚀 Product Description
Premium Ceramic Fiber Dust Removal Tube
With the increasingly stringent environmental protection policies and the continuous improvement of industrial waste gas emission standards, traditional flue gas purification technology has been unable to meet the needs of coordinated control of multiple pollutants. As a new type of flue gas purification material, ceramic fiber filter tubes have gradually become a popular choice in flue gas purification integrated technology with their multifunctional integrated characteristics such as efficient dust removal, denitrification, and dioxin removal.
Product Name Ceramic fiber filter tube
Core Components Ceramic Candle Filter
Use Industrial dust removal filter tube
⚙️ Principle
Ceramic fiber filter tubes are wound with high porosity and low density ceramic fibers (diameter 2~3 μm), and their basic materials are composed of aluminum silicate fibers and inorganic adhesives. The filter tube is loaded with a denitrification catalyst (such as V2O5-WO3/TiO2, etc.), and the catalyst is evenly distributed between the ceramic fibers through processes such as impregnation, sol-gel coating or vacuum centrifugal coating. Ceramic fiber filter tubes not only have efficient dust removal function, but also can remove NOx and dioxins through the action of catalysts at high temperatures (200~450℃).
Principle Image
The dust removal mechanism includes inertial collision, direct interception, diffusion and gravity sedimentation. The nanocatalyst loaded in the multidimensional pores reacts with injected NH3 to reduce NO. Since the flue gas flow rate is low (0.8~1.2 m/min), the gas stays in the tube for a long time, achieving a catalyst utilization rate of nearly 100%.
🏭 Application Areas
Application Area 1
Application Area 2
Key Characteristics:
  • High porosity: Up to 85% porosity, offering excellent mechanical strength and stability.
  • Multifunctional integration: Combines denitrification, deacidification, and dust removal in one system.
  • Durability: High temperature (200~450℃) and corrosion resistance.
  • Long service life: Typically up to 5 years or more.
The integrated purification technology has been applied successfully in waste incineration and biomass power generation. In a project in Jiangsu, removal efficiencies for NOx, SO2, and particulate matter reached 97.6%, 84.1%, and >99.9% respectively, meeting the strictest air pollution control standards.
❓ FAQ
1. What is the maximum temperature these filter tubes can withstand?
The ceramic fiber filter tubes can withstand maximum temperatures up to 1000℃, making them ideal for high-heat industrial applications.
2. How long do these ceramic fiber filter tubes usually last?
They have a long service life, typically lasting 5 years or more, which significantly reduces maintenance costs compared to traditional bags.
3. Can these tubes remove pollutants other than dust?
Yes, they are multifunctional. In addition to efficient dust removal, they can remove NOx, dioxins, and SO2 through integrated catalyst technology.
4. Is the catalyst utilization efficient in this system?
Yes, due to the low flue gas flow rate and the long residence time in the multidimensional pores, catalyst utilization can reach 100%.
5. Are these filters resistant to chemical corrosion?
Yes, they offer excellent acid and alkali resistance, allowing them to operate stably in highly corrosive environments.
6. In which industries are these filters most commonly used?
They are widely used in waste incineration, biomass power generation, and hazardous waste treatment industries.
