Ceramic fiber board is high strength, needled insulating blanket that is made from bulk. The combination of spinning and needling operation produce tough, resilient and strong blankets, which have superior thermal and mechanical properties.
Our blanket is used in a wide range of applications including thermal insulation and appliances. Blanket can be folded, compressed and encapsulated to produce modules. It meets European regulatory requirements (Directive 97/69/EC).
Key Features: JZ Ceramic fibre boards adopt ceramic fibre corresponding to temperature level as raw material, shaped via large automatic vacuum filter molding. The product features excellent toughness, flattening, and uniform material distribution with superior thermal insulation performance. Heating does not cause inflation; it is light, convenient for construction, and allows for free shear and bending.
