📝 Product Description

The Ceramic Fiber Bulk (Loose Wool) is a high-temperature insulation material manufactured from high-purity alumina-silicate fibers. It is widely used in boilers, industrial furnaces, kiln back-up insulation, expansion joint filling, thermal equipment lining, and fireproof applications.

With excellent fire resistance, low thermal conductivity, and stable fiber structure, ceramic fiber bulk is especially suitable for irregular areas, gaps, and filling insulation where blankets or boards cannot be applied.

Available in multiple temperature grades: 1050°C / 1260°C / 1350°C / 1430°C.

Key Features

1. High Temp Resistance

Supports continuous operation at 1050-1430°C depending on grade.

2. Thermal Insulation

Low thermal conductivity (0.035-0.060 W/m·K) ensures high energy efficiency.

3. Flexible Filling

Perfect for filling gaps, corners, pipe bends, and complex furnace joints.

4. Fire Resistance

Non-combustible alumina-silicate fiber classified as A1 fireproof material.
