High Quality Ceramic Fiber Board

Ceramic fiber boards are made from different types of ceramic fiber, attending inorganic and suitable organic binders. The mixture is vacuum processed into boards or formed shapes that keep good mechanical strength after heating. Physical stability up to 1800ºC.

💡 Note: In some devices, it is normal to produce smoking when a small amount of organic binder is burnt, but it will disappear quickly.

Inorganic board: All made of inorganic binder according to request, no organic volatile in use.
Hardening board: Surface hardening or completely hardened for better strength.
Hydrophobic board: Surface waterproof treatment with a hydrophobic rate of more than 98%.

Why does the board produce smoke during the first heating?
