Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a high-temperature thermal insulation material manufactured from aluminum silicate fiber via a continuous needling process. It features excellent thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, light weight, and strong tensile strength, making it widely used in industrial furnaces, boilers, heating equipment, kiln linings, and petrochemical insulation systems.
Common Uses: Industrial furnaces (treatment, tunnel, shuttle, glass), biomass boilers, power plant HRSG, petrochemical heaters, furnace linings, and high-temperature sealing.
