Ceramic fiber blanket is high strength, needled insulating blanket that is made from spun aluminum silicate fiber bulk. The combination of long spun fibers and needling operation produce tough, resilient and strong blankets, which resist tearing both before and after heating.
It is completely inorganic, containing no binder or lubricant, and does not emit any fumes or smell during the first firing. It is available in a variety of temperature grades, densities, and sizes.
Typical Applications:
Ceramic fiber blanket is packed with woven bags or cartons with inner plastic bags. Normal size for cartons is 460*460*620mm (1 roll per package).
