Ceramic fiber board is a high-strength, needled insulating blanket made from bulk fiber. The combination of spinning and needling operations produces tough, resilient, and strong boards with superior thermal and mechanical properties. It is used in a wide range of applications including thermal insulation and appliances, meeting European regulatory requirements (Directive 97/69/EC).
These boards adopt ceramic fiber corresponding to specific temperature levels as raw material. Through large automatic vacuum filter molding machines, they are shaped and dried. The resulting product features excellent toughness, uniform material distribution, and superior thermal insulation performance. It is light, convenient for construction, and allows for free shearing and bending.
