Ceramic fiber blanket is high strength, needled insulating blanket that is made from spun aluminum silicate fiber bulk. The combination of long spun fibers and needling operation produce tough, resilient and strong blankets, which resist tearing both before and after heating. Ceramic fiber blanket is completely inorganic, does not contain binder or lubricant and does not emit any fumes or smell during the first firing. It is available in a variety of temperature grades, densities, and sizes; the blanket can be folded, compressed and encapsulated to produce modules.
Ceramic fiber blanket is packed with woven bags or cartons with inner plastic bags. Normal carton size: 460*460*620mm (1 roll per package).
Loading Quantities:
• 20' Container: 260 woven bags or 225 cartons
• 40' HQ Container: 600 woven bags or 525 cartons
