High temperature Ceramic Fiber Tape is made by high quality ceramic fiber, available with fiberglass or stainless steel wire (SS201, SS304) reinforcement. It can also be provided with PSA backing.
The tape is typically overlapped by 50% when wrapping to provide stability. It is essential for protecting industrial hydraulic hoses, pneumatic lines, fuel and oil lines, and cables from extreme heat conditions.
Ceramic Fiber cloth tape is noted for superior insulating ability up to 1260°C (2300°F). It offers excellent resistance to thermal shock and abrasion and is completely asbestos-free.
