Ceramic Fiber Pipe, also known as Ceramic Fiber Casting Tube, is a high-performance refractory insulation component designed for industrial furnaces, molten metal casting systems, and high-temperature insulation applications.
Manufactured from high-purity alumina-silicate ceramic fiber through vacuum forming processes, these pipes provide excellent thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity, and superior thermal shock resistance.
Available grades for 1260°C / 1430°C / 1600°C to meet diverse industrial needs.
Very low thermal conductivity significantly reduces heat loss in process equipment.
Much lighter than dense refractory tubes, making installation and handling easier.
Ideal for environments involving rapid heating and cooling cycles without cracking.
