It is a high-performance woven fabric manufactured from premium ceramic fiber yarns. Specifically engineered for extreme thermal environments, it maintains structural integrity at temperatures reaching 1000°C. The tape is reinforced with fiberglass filaments or optional stainless steel wire to enhance mechanical strength. While it contains a small amount of binder material that may burn off at initial lower temperatures, this does not compromise its superior insulation properties.
