Refractory Ceramic Fiber Module

The ceramic fiber module is made of ceramic fiber blankets of corresponding materials and processed by special mechanical equipment according to the structure and size of the fiber components. It maintains a certain proportion of compression to ensure that after the wall lining of the ceramic fiber components is built, the ceramic fiber components expand in different directions, so that the ceramic fiber components are squeezed into a seamless whole.

  • It is always in the state of expansion to make up for thermal shrinkage, so that the overall sealing of the furnace body is high;
  • Has the ability to resist thermal shock;
  • The lining body does not need to be dried and maintained, and can be put into use immediately after installation;
  • The anchoring system is far away from the hot surface of the furnace, so that the metal anchors are at a relatively low safe temperature.
