Understanding the science behind the fiber is essential for proper application. Ceramic fibers are produced through two primary methods: Spun and Blown. Our spun fibers are longer and have higher tensile strength, making them ideal for blankets and modules, while blown fibers are excellent for bulk filling and specialized paper production.
Our White Ceramic Fiber exhibits excellent resistance to chemical attack. While it can be affected by hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis, it remains stable in most reducing and oxidizing atmospheres. This makes it an ideal choice for Sulfuric Acid Plants and Ammonia Primary Reformers.
